History of musically... Who and why create musically???? Musical.ly Inc. was founded by longtime friends Alex Zhu and Luyu Yang in Shanghai, China. Before launching Musical.ly, Zhu and Yang teamed up to build an education social network app, through wh

Is cng good or harmful for environment??????

IS CNG IS GOOD FOR ENVIRONMENT......   OR HARM???????

CNG, being a hydrocarbon fuel, does produce exhaust emissions like all other hydrocarbon fuels, which are inherently polluting and cannot be regarded as totally clean fuel like electricity. However, CNG is much less polluting and hence, much more environmentally acceptable that conventionally used petrol/diesel.

Compressed natural gas (CNG) has a number of inherent properties that make it safer, including: A high ignition temperature 600 degrees higher than gasoline. Narrow flammability limits. Its lighter-than-air quality, meaning that it disperses quickly and will not pool, causing it to be a hazard.

But wait why is it harmful????? if it is beneficial....

The compressed natural gas (CNG)-run buses are harmful for humans as they emit "nanocarbon" particles which can cause cancer, according to a study conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)

A study conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) claims buses that run on compressed natural gas (CNG) emit 'nanocarbon' particles that can cause cancer. While the study was conducted on a limited sample size in Delhi, CSIR alerted the central government due to the severity of the threat it poses to the health of the residents.
The study was conducted along with a professor from Alberta University, who has developed a device to measure and analyze particles emitted by vehicles. This machine was installed on the exhaust of a natural gas-run DTC bus in Delhi.
Dr MO Garg, Director General, CSIR, believes the study can change the perception that natural gas is a clean fuel as it does not emit any visible smoke, which is in contrast to smoke emitted by diesel-run vehicles and perceived as harmful for humans.

Then what we can do for this.....
Use less of vehicles of cng as well as petrol diesel
Reduce use of vehicle it not reduce the pollution but also reduce traffic problems
Use more metro service.
Use pool system instead of using single car traveller...
And a lot of remedies
Thank you guys for reading this post
